2025 Spring Core Soccer

SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

This registration is for the Core Recreational Program for the Spring 2025 Season in AYSO Region 1631.

Region 1631 is built of wonderful Downtown San Jose Families (and nearby neighborhoods.) Our games and practices are in parks and schools in the city of San Jose, mainly in the Downtown San Jose area. Practice and game venues will be confirmed around December.

Each season we have an amazing community of 250+ players and their families who volunteer to make our season successful.

SEASON DATES

This season will consist of 8-10 game sessions for the season. We schedule up to 10 games with the expectation that a few games will have to be rescheduled/canceled due to weather.

Spring Season
Practices are intended to begin in late February. Games are on Saturdays and will start on March first week and go through to late May (or mid June if games are postponed due to weather).

FINANCIAL AID

As always we would like to extend financial aid for families that really need help to pursue their children's goals. Please use this form https://forms.gle/kkasQAno5HWygbCv8 to request financial aid and if you qualify you will hear back from our registrar.

UNIFORMS

Downtown San Jose AYSO Region 1631 will be continuing our part in making smart eco-friendly uniform choices. Uniforms can be reused until your player is in need of a new one. If you are a new player, you will be sent a link from our vendor to order your uniform and have it shipped directly to your home.


WAITLIST

If there are no available spots, why join the waitlist?
Joining the waitlist is free. If spots become available in your division, you will be notified via email. Downtown San Jose AYSO is growing and being on our waitlist helps us plan for the coming seasons. 

How do I move to the front of the waitlist?
It’s easy - have an adult volunteer as a Head Coach. It's easy to coach, you need no experience. AYSO has developed special training to help volunteers who may have little or no soccer experience quickly gain the age-appropriate knowledge and skills they need to become outstanding coaches. Plus you’ll have great support from our Head Coach Administrator during the season.
